Personally, I love Flyspray, MantisBT and Trac the best.
With Bugzilla I am being annoyed by strangers.
With Launchpad I'm being forced to use more clicks and wasting
time (e.g. requesting a PO file and sending a link by email).
With Google I feel zero safety. Have you watched a video on YT and you
have sent an email? Big G knows which video your email address has
watched because you can see my Israeli IP attached to this email...
