Hello Peter,

No, we currently have no plans to separate delta-related code from
SVNKit, however it sounds reasonable (just not really something of hight
priority for us).

So, as long as you need some changes to be done, please feel free to
send patches and please note that you may use any part of SVNKit as is
or with your modifications for free under the terms of TMate Open Source
License (GPL-like).
