JIRA is the standard protocol for code contributions. Please create a JIRA ticket and attach your patches and grant rights to ASF.

These all sounds like good ideas. Please create JIRA ticket(s) with the associated subversion patches. Shale version 1.0.5 is almost complete but these could be made available in a future release.

I really appreciate your project and in my company we are using it a lot. So while working with the shale-tiger (which we used the most), I have some features implemented that would help to increase the quality and feature list oft he shale-tiger project.

I didn’t want to go via JIRA, because I implemented the solutions and wrote the corrensponding test cases.

The features implemented by ORCA Systems are:

- Avoid NullPointerException when servletContext.getResourcePaths(path) returns null.

- Extending the annotation FacesConverter with the attribute converterForClass

- Allow the Inheritance of Managed Beans with the same name keeping always the child implementation of the Managed Bean

Implementing this issues I touched the files

- LifecycleListener2

- FacesConfigConfig

- FacesConverter

I’m sending you the whole project, as I loaded it down from version 1.0.5. I hope you can integrate these fetures soon and maybee make my suggestions public as soon as possible.
