Hello,

I think that dynamic linked Skype binary client is linked with QtDBus library,
so you only need correct Qt libraries...

If dbus does not see skype then problem is really with Skype binary. Try to
use Skype version 2.1

Check also skype --help if you do not have disabled Skype Public API.
