Fluidsynth should recognize the different banks. Just change bank 20, 21 and 22 (I don't remember what number I used) to banks 0, 1, and 2.

Glad it works for you.

I knew the transposer wouldn't work in Fluidsynth. The tremolo and swell probably need some adjustment in the Fluidsynth conversion.

for each of the presets in the soundfont.  Possibly Fluidsynth ignores
MIDI CC 0 (bank select) messages.

Of course, the corresponding MIDI messages for each Rank in the
disposition had to be adjusted accordingly for the modified numbering
scheme.
