Yes...the Swell, for sure, needs adjustment. Moving the Swell controller
from full closed to full open barely makes any difference in the sound
level.
I haven't worked with the Tremolo. But I did turn it on once while I was
testing and thought to myself that I wasn't really sure if it was on or
not!
I did not know for sure whether Fluidsynth responded to bank-select CC0
commands, so I simply put everything on bank 0. I didn't userstand how
your disposition's bank settings (CC0: 10, 11, 12) were being mapped to a
soundfont whose presets were designated for banks 0, 1, and 2. But since
Fluidsynth was not making any sound with your as-distributed disposition
and soundfont configuration, I simply took the expeditious way out and
converted everything to bank 0 -- which I understood.
