Hi all,

For a simple tremulant using the fluidsynth extension and bank 0
remove all the SoundBlaster MIDI messages and add
Engaged    set 176   set 1  set 20
Disengaged set 176   set 1  set 0

Changing the 'set 20' will adjust the tremulant rate...
