I did take the carb off and the bowl with the needle.  It didn't seem stuck at all, cleaned it with carb cleaner and when I put it back on, I still couldn't get it started.  I could get a carb down here in Wisconsin but my question is could it be something other than the carburetor before I spend the money?  One other question is how to adjust the carb with the adjustment screw?  Maybe it is an adjustment problem?
