On upgrades, Gentoo tries to merge "trivial" changes, but would otherwise ask
you if you want to keep the old config, use the new one, or manually merge the
two by hand.

The config file has been cleaned up/reformatted, and can be installed using
that option, now. The options are listed with their default values, but are
commented out.
