The notification plugin also has a module to trigger a command when new
mail arrives. The CVS version of this one can limit command execution
to new mails that end up in some specific folders. It is planned to
make it possible to have an arbitrary number of such commands (so you
could, for example, assign different beep tones to each folder or
group of folders). It may take a while for me to implement this,
though, since I am rather short on time lately :-)
