I'd have to agree with Terry -- there kinda needs to be Yet Another
Category of user, one that is *manually* determined by the wiki
administrator. I'm planning to put up my own wiki fairly soon and
will likely only (at least at first) grant edit rights to specific
individuals by invitation. I simply don't have the time to deal
with spam right now. But at the point when I'd open up the wiki to
permit registration of strangers, I'd like to then have some way of
determining a trust level, which could be a feed (an a numeric value)
right into the spam filter, so the higher the level of trust the
less likely the spam filter would trigger. After a certain number
of edits the user would have the equivalent of "full trust" and
the spam filter would never get set off.
