It seems to have been sent by my mobile phone. I was sending a photo
email from my phone to myself, nothing to do with svn, at that time. The
phone had the headers of svn@ messages around r39448 in its inbox. It
must have mixed it up. It took me a fair bit of debugging and Googling
to work that out. The clue was the "X-Mailer: EMCL4 ..." which
identified a Nokia email applet.
