Here is another update from Slashdot regarding the problem between Sprint and Cogent:

Of course all of this is interesting for folks to discuss and debate ..... however the real question is:

    "What are those of us that have been cutoff from Maven Central Repo supposed to do?"

Is the best solution to point at one of the mirrors in another country? Or?
