Yes, this is generally what I mean by sliceable. However, I believe
that the term sliver should be used instead of slice, in that a
collection of component resource slivers forms an experimental slice.
For the purpose of this exercise, column F should pertain to the ability
to partition/divide a component resource into independent units.
