Check the smsc error log on 'SMSC Throttling Errors', you need to specify manually throughput according to your smsc provider.
Increasing max-pending-submits also helps a bit.
you can use also bigger value for enquire-link-interval and tweak wait-ack.
anyways, you need to tune kannel according to your smsc provider settings.
if you're using mysql tweak it's settings as well.

My kannel is working fine. But instantly throughput is going down as well as Delivery report are near about 60% pending.
Today I just sent 50000 sms and got 17000 delivery reports.
Please help me How can I increase the throughput and decrease the pending of delivery reports.
