I had one fitted for about a year and can't say I ever felt any difference at all. My speedo only goes upto 300Kph so that's only 5 over the speed limiter so it's pretty pointless. I've been upto 285Kph once and close to it many other times and it's fucking fast If my bike went over 300 like say maybe 315, I doubt it would feel any different to 285. It's all way fast and everything comes up really quick. The amount of opportunities you get to go that fast are very limited so basically Id decided the TRE was pointless in my case so I removed it.

I have read that the TRE doesn't increase power at wide opened throttle in any gear or rpm, it only increases power at less than full throttle. If this is the case, then for a bike that is used as a play bike, there would be no benefit. Just crack the throttle open more. Any thoughts from those that have used one?
