First of.....BLASPHEMY!  ;)

Secondly...I know a lot of them do their own work.  I rode with some of the
local BMWBMW group yesterday as we crewed the Triathlon in DC...and it
sounds like someone hosts a Tech Day each month or so to knock a bunch of
things out.

As far as more advanced issues, I don't know.  Try checking out their forum
and see what they do.
