It seems the call is out there for women to fill positions of all kinds. And yet Debian isn't finding women or able to hold on to the women they did. I am not surprised by this in the least. In my computer classes I am almost the only woman present. The Windows Server course there I one other lady then myself while last semester another women completed her courses in Cisco. Both ladies are Windows users while I am the only Linux user (forced to use Windows). We are not many in this field and often enough I have wondered, just what do I think am I doing?
