Dear All,

I am an academician who had developed a methodology to arrive at
baselines specifications of a non-rigid airship given the operating
requirements. This methodology has appeared as a Technical Note, in
AIAA's Journal of Aircraft, Vol. 45, No. 6, Nov-Dec 2008. Soft copy of
this article can be downloaded from the publications list on my
website i.e., http://www.aero.iitb.ac.in/~rkpant.  The methodology is
available with me as a code in FORTRAN.

Similar methodologies for conceptual design of remotely controlled
airships and aerostats are also available with us on MS-EXCEL
spreadsheets.

If anyone would like to collaborate with me in developing these
methodologies further, please do contact me by e-mail.
