That's interesting,
but
it sounds more like a sync issue to me than an nxagent
issue.
Has the nxagent-update-only fix worked on all your Debian
machines ??
I did some experimenting on a couple of my other debian boxes. I would upgrade one thing at a time from the x2go repository and then restart freenx and try to connect from another computer. I started with nxagent and that didn't fix the problem. Then I upgraded libxcompext3 and then nx worked.
