The stats are generated automatically once per day, so they aren't old.
"squirrelmail.po" HEAD contains 399 strings more than 1.4.18. The script
doing the statistics merges the translation it has with the updated
template, so if a translated string is similar to an un-translated string
the un-translated string becomes a fuzzy translated string. A translation
based on HEAD is easily converted to a version specific translation, so I
usually recommend starting with HEAD. HEAD currently contains the strings
of 1.4.19 (right now identical to 1.4.18) and 1.5.2.
