I've also done some testing and I'm oriented in using
diskless/fat-client. Thin client are not a good computing experience,
for exemple a youtube video doesn't play in an acceptable manner.
I'm intrigued by the HP t410 integrated thin clients; they will be
available in europe in September. But I fear that the ARM/Cortex
will be too weak, too. So I'll test them first. Otherwise I'm oriented
to buy i386/atom with at least 2GB RAM and decend graphics.
Why not having a fat client producer that would provide fatclient with
10 GB flashmem; in that case I would prefere them, and use standard

It worked with squeeze for some time, but after the latest kernelupdate it does not work anymore. I guess its possible to make it work, but it seems a bit unstable at the moment.

I prefer thinclients, but we are not prepared to buy new ones, and if we are going to buy, at least they have to be at the same standard as t5630 or better, othervise they will not be much better then the ones we have (as T5530 and Siemens A230). So T5630 seems to be the type that are easy available used for a descent price.
