Hi!
you do not have to worry about this... It just means that the
functionality of this package is now part of the core is always and
automatically loaded (that is, it is no longer possible to avoid
loading the image stuff whenever the pgf core is loaded). You can just
delete any use of pgfbaseimage or ignore the message, it does not
matter.
