Well, there is Grant Kim who does most of the sales/support job and Kirby who cooperates with some users (me), and another few guys, but all of them are only working for Fabio. They are not the development team, and not the bosses (Grant may be the closest one).
There is a thread on the forum (poll for linux release). Some people write there from time to time, and at least Grant visits the forum (not too often). I think it is a better policy to write there than to send emails to an individual. They will consider it as attack, not request.
Their weakest point is money. They don't listen to users, they listen to paid users that want to leave, or someone who is willing to pay, but decided to invest linux based software.
