SquirrelMail is a mail *client*. The only way it can forward any
email is by clicking the Forward button and clicking Send. No plugin
can change that. If YOU build delivery-time email forwarding into
your email system and can guarantee that it *already* works, then
there might be a plugin that can help offer your users a way to
*configure* the forwarding. But if that's the case, you need to
explain how your forwarding system works so we can suggest the right
plugin.
