Sorry for the delay for answering this.
I think all localizations are interesting and, of course, welcome. For it to
be good enough there has to be some active "monitoring". What I mean with
this is that the current english file are done by developers themselves,
that are mostly German. I'm aware that there are many typos and other issues
with the english files, so I suggest to duplicate the
****egw_en.lang**** files (Watch out, recent change for trunk in the
filenames!!) to egw_en-us.lang, where you should be the maintainer (while
there are more contributors for US).
I have to leave right now, but I hope this info is enough for letting you
doing some work.
