I have a code dir.../projects/misterhouse/code. it has the two test.mht / .mhp files but that is it. I have attached the two files and also the output from terminal.

In my setup, they are in my local user code dir and are called items.mht
and items.mhp. If you don't have a local user code dir, then that's a
problem. If you don't have items.mht and the auto-generated items.mhp
in the user code directory, then that's also a problem.
