Okay, my next question then, just by looking at your screenshot, would be did your other license expire and you were doing an "Update" to the newer version before attempting the download?
If so, you may need the new license activation code for the new update. If your previous version had not expired, then it should've just been a standard update.
If you're trying to install two different versions, yes, you'll need a new license activation code.
