I tried with that CD:
http://www.freedb.org/freedb/blues/8a09e40aOnly the 6 first tracks were imported. Adding the 4 missing didn't help.
Attached is a screen dump of what I get just after importing.

I'm a committer for Mandriva, so that's ok with the rpm ;-) But I can't
provide in th package, something which is not upstream that easily. And
currently the tar I make from your SVN doesn't contain any message
translated.
What If you just put them in a mo directory for the moment ? I could
then provide them in the package (same for other distro/pkg format).
Now I don't know the process you need to follow, so I may make a stupid
request, bare with me.
