repository = SVNRepositoryFactory.create(url);
ISVNAuthenticationManager authManager = SVNWCUtil
                  .createDefaultAuthenticationManager(name, password);
((SVNRepository)repository).setAuthenticationManager(authManager);
repository.testConnection();

and I get the error below.
Note that the same code with other factory.setup() works for svnserve and
http.
