Our policy on sponsorship of code is outlined here:

We've also been looking at introducing some sort of bounty program,
eg. defining a feature, setting up a fund that people can contribute
to, and building the feature once the nominated bounty is met.  It
would be interesting to know how keen community members would be to
participate in such a scheme.

At this time nearly all development is sponsored directly by Daemon
and some of its larger clients.
