Discussing the implementation on the JIRA issue is nice, but it may be
premature for now, as long as you didn't familiarize yourself with the
codebase (and for this, the velocity dev list is probably a better
chance to have quick answers) and didn't post your proposal on the
Google Melange website. We're looking forward to it!
