Daniel, Gwynee - I'm not quite sure who is doing this, and is not
responding.
Urgently remove pear-cvs from the github commit messages - set up a new
mailing list for it.
Commit messages without diff's are about as useless as messages saying
"You have a message click here to read it"
I'm not quite sure if github has been blocked from pear-cvs, as I've
installed some blocking code for those messages on my server and it
looks like they are not currently being generated..
