I've pushed a few fixes a couple of weeks ago with the intention of
wrapping things up to do a new release as, as you said there are many
fixes in CVS.

There is one issue in rome core that I would like to address but I
don't understand the bug, I've asked for comments but got nothing so
far.

After we decide on this one we could do a release.
