I absolutely agree with you! Great to have people like you around in the scene.
Looking forward to the source.

Too funny!

Honestly, I don't have a good grasp (maybe a very narrow grasp of certain
aspects). I started messing with it for the first time last week. Prior to
that I did a couple of Lee Brimelow's tutorials on gotoandlearn.com. These
tutorials were very helpful in getting me started - understanding viewport,
scene, renderer, camera and adding planes.

When I look at the class documents I have no idea how to use 95% of them!
Even those that I am using in my example ... I don't know what all of the
properties and methods mean. That is why I said there was a lot of trial and
error. Mostly error!

But, what has helped me is the fact that I started reading Essential AS3
right when it came out. I guess that I applied the same principals that I
would apply to a 2D flash movie.

I appreciate the compliments. My goal is to get people involved with helping
and understanding pv3d. Currently, in my opinion, there isn't much support
yet. I feel alone and confused in the pv3d world (very sad). That is why I
want to gather with others and really get a better grasp by sharing ideas
and knowledge as we all learn this together.
