Did you read the validation email? We specifically put a note in there
that there may be some false-positives.
We detected these issues before the run, but we decided that as we were
later than intended with the bump it was better that we did the bump
anyway, and we would fix it next week and re-run the bump.
In the meantime, it would give those authors who do have issues the
chance to catch those earlier.
