I can see a some distortions, Which 3D object do you use to project
the images? Maybe a cube? If it's true, you can try to use a sphere.
Flash8 uses an image deformation method without perspective correction
. With a sphere all polygons in the panorama are always perpendicular
to the camera, and distortions are very small.
In the future, maybe you can save a SWF file directly from pano2qtvr.
In Adobe site you can find a PDF document about SWF format.
