debianit.com is not affiliated with debian.org.  Until now I was
completely unaware of them, so I'm afraid I can't really speak for or
against them.  However, I would like to point you to our list of Debian
consultants at http://www.debian.org/consultants/.  You will also find
some consultants in Ireland there, I hope that helps.

I'd think about trademark infringement here, but they don't seem to be doing anything remotely related to debian.

Eg: http://www.debianit.com/join_our_team.html or http://download.debianit.com/

They also seem to be using the name since 1994 and the domain since 2000.

Weird coincidence.
