Hello Matt, thanks for the speedy and informative reply (and it worked). Now, I am back at just [testing]: I have 4 testcases that mirror and are parallel to the appfuse testcases: UserListTest, UserFormTest, UserManagerTest and UserManagerImplTest. The UserManagerImplTest is key as my corrsponding xxxManagerImpl.java contains the annotation:
@Service(value = "xxxManager")
When I run the maven tests I get the surefire test with the following:
Unsatisfied dependency expressed through bean property 'xxXManager' <--- (one uppercase letter)
And, of course the dependency is not satisfied because there is no such bean as: xxXManger only as defined in the xxxManagerImpl.java (as stated above) which is namely: xxxManager.
If I edit xxxManagerImpl to reflect:
@Service(value = "xxXManager") then the surefire tests (xxxFormTest and xxxListTest) will state:
No bean named 'xxxManager' is defined
How to debug this?
