For those who have the same problem as I have and come to this thread
with search engine, here is my .Xmodmap



remove mod1 = Alt_L
add mod1 = Super_L
keycode 64 = ISO_Level3_Shift
keycode 108 = ISO_Level3_Shift
remove mod4 = Super_L
