I'm resending this to the list because that must have been at least four years ago and I don't really remember.  Unfortunately, I don't use Cobertura much any more (although I should).

Unfortunately I couldn't find any information about this option on the
web or in the cobertura site documentation.   I am using the maven
plugin.  I tried running maven with various permutations
of 'cobertura:summaryXml'.  I couldn't find one that works.  Do need to
specify 'summaryXml' as a plugin confirguration item in my pom.xml
file?   How do I use the option?

Thanks,

The format parameter of cobertura-report is not well documented.   The default of “html” is mentioned but nothing else.

The valid values are html, xml, and summaryXml (not case sensitive).

I’m not sure how you would set this with the maven plugin.   I’d pose the question on that mailing list.
