Apparently the problem lies from missing dependency on egroupware-emailadmin.
Btw, I've reported it there :
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=499803 and wonder why you didn't do it in the first place since it's a bug in Debian... anyway, I hope this works for you now.
