parking ticket in National Harbour

me and my buddy were having a nice late lunch in National harbor, and we parked on the main street at meters side by side me behind a car, him in front of the next car, he got a parking ticket, expired meter...

In late April I spent the better part of one whole week at the Gaylord in National Harbor, they are not bike friendly and charge $12 just to park there for one minute. There are some other parking garages that are much more affordable only one block away but if you don't know they're there and they honestly are not well marked. Intentional? Probably...
The HD dealer there has a few parking spaces in front but I never saw a bike parked there. The traffic lights there are extremely frustrating, timed, I guess, for HUGE traffic flow but forcing you to sit and idle for a long time while the roads are absolutely vacant of any other vehicles. -----Original Message----- From: dc-cycles-bounces@...
