For my Lua binding I'm about to finish soon - I want to support both
2.1 and 2.5 versions of fbclient. No biggie though, I'll just ignore
failing to bind fb_sqlstate() and whatever else is new.

I use libffi which doesn't have this stuff probably because it's not a
cross-platform solution.
