No. It's about interest to be paid on interest. Assume you have a loan and you
will be charged interest every month, but only pay principal every three
months. Then for the first and second month your dues rise and thus your
interest for the next month. Only after the third month when the principal is
lowered it will be less than in the beginning (hopefully).

It has been removed. There's only the account edit button and the menu entry.
