Yes, and out totally of egw scope. Let me blame you a bit for this :)
You should never do that and it's not supported. It's a text file with
no charset header and the browser can't guess the charset. Solution? Go
to view->charset (more or less, I don't use english mozilla) menu in
your browser menu toolbar and locate iso-8959-7, and you'll see it all ok.
