I resolved the modperl problem (one down, two to go).
* I'm using debian lenny system, perl, v5.10.0 built for
x86_64-linux-gnu-thread-multi and last version about
libapache2-mod-perl2
* I commented line LoadModule perl_module /usr/lib/apache2/modules/mod_perl.so
in /etc/apache2/mods-available/perl.load
* I add line PerlModule ModPerl::Registry inner <IfModule mod_perl.c>
in gbrowse2.conf
I don't know very well apache config because I don't understand the solution.
