Hi Mustafa,
It sounds like a javascript problem. What version of GBrowse are you
using? Have you tried looking at the html source of the page when it
is working versus when it is not to see if there is a difference?
Perhaps some javascript or css files are being cached by your browser
that are causing problem. Perhaps if you clear out the cache it might
help.
