I use it selectively... if a host looks naughty, then I do. no rDNS,
silly HELO's, host in XBL.. that kinda thing. I keep an ACL variable
for a score, then only greylist based on if that score is greater than
X.
I think greylisting should be avoided where possible, as it will lead
to legitimate mail being bounced, lost, or delayed - and no one wants
any of that :)
