Often it should work to ask "What are you". If the word "bot" is mentioned, it is a bot.
You could also try Questions like "Who is your botmaster" or "Who is your programmer". Every bot knows the answer. So you could check it with a list of names and surnames. But you will confuse all humans with this. So you should think of some questions of which bots give smilar answers.

are there special sentences to ask to know if we are speaking to a bot.
my problem :
i have built a bot for secondlife
when the bot meets another pandorabot, they speak indefinitely without end
i would like to test if im speaking to a bot to prevent this
